What is RACPORT?

RACPORT is a UAE-focused co-warehousing and commerce platform that brings product discovery, shared inventory, orders, wallet billing, and fulfillment into one seller workspace. The current experience is a working MVP with demo data.

Do I need to own inventory to get started?

The platform-owned inventory model lets you import shared catalog products without buying stock upfront. Orders reserve stock and debit product and fulfillment costs from your wallet. Seller-owned inventory is part of the future roadmap.

Which sales channels can I connect?

Renzet, Shopify, WooCommerce, Noon, Amazon, and Temu are on the integration roadmap. The demo includes sample channel connections and seeded orders. Live store authorization and synchronization are not available yet.

How are fulfillment costs calculated?

Demo orders are charged the product cost multiplied by quantity, plus AED 8.50 for pick and pack and AED 15.00 for standard UAE shipping. These are illustrative rates; taxes, COD, and courier-specific pricing are not implemented.

Can I try RACPORT before committing?

Yes. Explore the demo workspace without creating an account or entering payment details. Import sample products, create orders, follow fulfillment, and try the demo wallet. No real payment or shipping takes place.
